The Sage HeadSpa was founded on the belief that your scalp deserves the same level of care and attention as your skin.

By combining Emily's background in medical aesthetics with Desarai's years of experience in high-end salons and professional haircare, the founders created a distinctive approach to scalp care that blends expertise, personalized service, and Japanese-inspired relaxation.

Their complementary backgrounds continue to shape The Sage HeadSpa experience, from professional products and treatment techniques to provider training and the standards behind each studio.

Emily Condle

Founder & CEO | Licensed Esthetician

Emily Condle is the Founder and CEO of The Sage HeadSpa and a Licensed Esthetician with more than 15 years of experience in beauty and medical aesthetics.

After graduating from esthetics school in 2011, Emily began her career working in plastic surgery and dermatology, developing a strong foundation in skin health, professional treatments, and personalized client care.

Combining her professional experience with an entrepreneurial vision, Emily founded The Sage HeadSpa to introduce a more elevated approach to scalp care and relaxation.

Today, she leads the brand's vision, business strategy, marketing, and continued expansion, helping grow The Sage HeadSpa into a multi-location wellness brand.

Her philosophy is rooted in one simple belief: the scalp is skin, and it deserves the same level of care and attention as the face.

Desarai Mannelly

Co-Founder & Master Cosmetologist

Desarai Mannelly is the Co-Founder of The Sage HeadSpa and a Master Cosmetologist with years of professional experience in high-end salons, haircare, and client services.

Her background working directly with clients has given her extensive hands-on experience with different hair types, textures, scalp concerns, and personalized haircare techniques.

At The Sage HeadSpa, Desarai applies her expertise to the development of treatment protocols, hands-on provider training, professional product selection, and studio setup, helping shape a consistent and elevated client experience.

Her passion for haircare, professional education, and exceptional service continues to play an essential role in The Sage HeadSpa's growth.
