Sage HeadSpa gift cards are designed to be simple, flexible, and easy to use. Please review the details below before purchasing or redeeming a gift card.
Expiration
The Sage HeadSpa gift cards never expire. Your gift card balance is yours to use whenever you’re ready, at any of our locations.
No Fees
We never charge service fees, dormancy fees, or inactivity fees on gift cards. The full value is always available.
Where They Can Be Used
Gift cards are redeemable for services, retail products, and gratuity at any Sage HeadSpa location. They cannot be applied to the purchase of another gift card.
Cash Redemption
Gift cards and any remaining balances are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Partial Balances
If your service or purchase is less than your gift card balance, the remaining amount stays on your card for next time.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged
Please treat your gift card like cash. The Sage HeadSpa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or for unauthorized use. If your card was registered at purchase, we may be able to replace the remaining balance — please contact us.
Promotional & Bonus Cards
Cards we give away for free — such as promotional, bonus, contest, or complimentary cards — are marked “Promotional” and expire on the date printed on the card, typically within 12 months. Promotional cards have no cash value.
Returns
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
