The Sage HeadSpa Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Sage HeadSpa! By becoming a member, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your membership.

1. Membership Benefits

As a member of The Sage HeadSpa, you are entitled to the following benefits:

  • One (1) 45-minute headspa treatment per month.
  • 15% discount on all service upgrades.
  • 15% discount on all add-ons.
  • 15% discount on all retail products.
  • Customers who return for an additional service within the same calendar month will receive a 15% discount on that service.
  • Membership benefits and perks are exclusively available to the account holder and cannot be utilized by others.
  • Monthly membership credits cannot accumulate beyond a two-month period and will expire if not used within that time.

2. Membership Enrollment and Payment

Upon submission of your membership request, our team will process your information and send you a secure link to enter your payment details.

  • Membership fees will be automatically charged to your credit card on the first of every month or the same date corresponding to your original sign-up date.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or shared with any other individual.
  • Failure to provide payment details within the specified time frame may result in a delay or cancellation of your membership.

3. Appointment Scheduling

  • Monthly headspa treatments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Appointments are subject to availability and must be used within the same month. Unused treatments do not roll over to the next month, except when applicable under the two-month credit accumulation rule mentioned above.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of that month’s treatment.
  • Membership cancellations must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
  • Please allow 72 hours minimum before your next monthly payment date and up to 10 days maximum for your cancellation request to be processed. A minimum of a three-month membership commitment is required before cancellation. Unused HeadSpa Treatment benefits may be used up to 30 days after the termination of your membership agreement.

5. Discounts on Services and Products

  • The 15% discount on services, add-ons, and products is only available to active members and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
  • Discounts apply only to services and products provided at The Sage HeadSpa and are non-transferable.

6. Membership Holds

  • Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months within a 12-month period.
  • Requests for a hold must be made in writing at least 7 days before the start of the hold period.

7. Membership Cancellation and Termination

  • The Sage HeadSpa reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership fee.
  • Members who engage in inappropriate or abusive behavior may have their memberships terminated immediately without a refund.
  • Unused HeadSpa Treatment benefits may be used up to 30 days after the termination of your membership agreement.
  • You will not be entitled to a refund or any other reimbursement upon the expiration of prepaid treatments.

8. Liability Waiver

By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree that The Sage HeadSpa is not responsible for any injuries or adverse reactions that may occur during or after your treatments.

Members must inform staff of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to receiving treatments.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of processing your membership and providing you with our services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Sage HeadSpa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email.
