Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed toward services, retail products, and gratuity only at the specific The Sage HeadSpa location selected at checkout. Gift cards are not transferable between locations.
Do gift cards expire?
Purchased gift cards do not expire, and any remaining balance stays available until redeemed.
Can I use my gift card for multiple visits?
Yes! Any unused balance remains available for future visits. If your purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.
Are gift cards refundable?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
What if I lose my gift card?
Please contact the location where your gift card was purchased. If we can verify the original purchase and remaining balance, we may be able to assist with a replacement.

Expiration & Fees
Purchased gift cards do not expire and are not subject to service, dormancy, inactivity, or maintenance fees. Any remaining balance stays available until redeemed.

Redemption & Location Restrictions
Gift cards are redeemable toward eligible services, retail products, and gratuity only at the location selected at checkout. Gift cards cannot be transferred between locations or used to purchase additional gift cards.

Remaining Balances & Payment
Unused balances remain available for future purchases. If a purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, the difference may be paid using another accepted payment method.

Refunds, Cash Value & Lost Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law. The Sage HeadSpa is not responsible for unauthorized use. Replacement of lost or stolen cards may be available at our discretion following purchase and identity verification.
