Purchased gift cards do not expire and are not subject to any service, dormancy, inactivity, or maintenance fees. The full value remains available until used.

Redemption
Gift cards are redeemable for services, retail products, and gratuity at any Sage HeadSpa location. Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.

No Cash Redemption
Gift cards and any remaining balances are not redeemable or refundable for cash, except where required by law.

Partial Balances
If a purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remaining value stays on the card for future use. If a purchase exceeds the balance, the difference may be paid by another method.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.

Cards issued free of charge - including promotional, bonus, contest, or complimentary cards - are marked "Promotional," carry no cash value, and expire on the date printed on the card. Promotional cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
