Membership questions, answered.
One 60-minute HeadSpa treatment per month, or one 75-minute HeadSpa with facial treatment per month, depending on the package you sign up with. Members also get 15% off all service upgrades, 15% off add-ons, and 15% off retail products. Return for an additional service within the same calendar month and that service is also 15% off. Benefits are exclusive to the account holder and cannot be used by anyone else.
Once you submit your membership request, our team sends you a secure link to enter payment details. Your membership fee is charged automatically on the first of every month, or on the date corresponding to your original sign-up date. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or shared. If payment details aren't provided within the specified time frame, your membership may be delayed or canceled.
You must call our booking team to schedule an appointment. Monthly HeadSpa treatments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. They must be used within the same month.
Unused treatments do not roll over to the next month, except under the two-month credit accumulation rule: monthly credits cannot accumulate beyond a two-month period and will expire if not used within that time.
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled time with no penalty. Canceling within 24 hours of the appointment may forfeit that month's treatment.
The 15% discount on services, add-ons, and products is available to active members only and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. It applies only to services and products provided at The Sage HeadSpa and is non-transferable.
Yes. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 3 months within a 12-month period. Hold requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the hold period starts.
Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 30 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Please allow 72 hours minimum before your next monthly payment date, and up to 10 days maximum, for the cancellation request to be processed. A minimum three-month membership commitment is required before you can cancel. Unused HeadSpa treatment benefits may still be used up to 30 days after your membership ends, though you're not entitled to a refund on expired prepaid treatments.
Yes. The Sage HeadSpa reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time, with or without cause, and in that case you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership fee. Members terminated for inappropriate or abusive behavior are not refunded.
Tell staff about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment. By becoming a member, you acknowledge that The Sage HeadSpa is not responsible for injuries or adverse reactions occurring during or after treatments.
