What should I wear to my appointment?
We provide a comfortable facial gown for you to change into before your treatment, so just come as you are and get ready to relax!

Do I need to wash my hair before my appointment?
No, it’s not necessary. Our treatments include a thorough scalp cleanse as part of the experience.
Can I get a treatment if I have hair extensions?
We recommend booking your treatment between extension installations or before getting them, as some types can limit access to the scalp and affect product absorption.
Will my hair be wet after the treatment?
Yes, your scalp and hair will be damp after treatments. We offer a rough blow dry to remove excess moisture but do not provide a full blowout.
