Emily Condle is a licensed clinical esthetician with 13+ years of experience specializing in scalp health, advanced skin treatments, and medical-grade care. She began her esthetics career in 2011 and co-founded Sage HeadSpa to bring a clinical, results-driven standard to an industry that had long treated the scalp as an afterthought. Emily leads Sage’s product and equipment research, ensuring every treatment integrates the latest science-backed innovations — including partnerships with Milbon and Circadia. Her approach is grounded in a single conviction: the scalp is an extension of skin, and it deserves to be treated accordingly.

Co-Founder & Master Cosmetologist
Desarai Mannelly is a master cosmetologist whose career spans over a decade of hands-on work in high-end salon environments, specializing in scalp analysis, hair health restoration, and advanced cosmetology technique. She co-founded Sage HeadSpa alongside Emily Condle to merge creative artistry with clinical precision — building a treatment model that addresses the root causes of hair thinning, buildup, and scalp imbalance rather than masking symptoms. Desarai drives Sage’s operational vision and multi-location growth strategy, and her standards for practitioner training are the foundation of the brand’s consistency across every location. Her goal is unambiguous: to make Sage HeadSpa the defining name in scalp health in the United States.
