You and your guest are seated side by side in our exclusive duo treatment room — a private, intentionally calm environment designed for shared restoration. There are no distractions here. Just two licensed estheticians, working in unison, delivering the same clinical-grade scalp care you would receive individually.

Each session begins with warm halo water therapy to open the follicle and decompress the nervous system. From there, your esthetician moves through a deep detoxifying cleanse using Milbon professional formulations, intensive scalp exfoliation to clear buildup and stimulate circulation, and a full Japanese pressure point massage sequence targeting the scalp, neck, and hairline. A customised deep conditioning treatment is applied based on each guest’s individual scalp needs, sealed with a nourishing leave-in formula.

You leave with softer hair, a balanced scalp, and the kind of full-body calm that is difficult to find anywhere else.

Can couples book a head spa together? 

Yes. The Sage HeadSpa offers a dedicated Duo HeadSpa experience designed specifically for two guests. You are treated side by side in a private duo room by two licensed estheticians simultaneously. You can select any treatment tier — HeadSpa Classic or HeadSpa Luxe — and both guests receive the full service concurrently.

What is included in a duo head spa? 

Both guests receive the complete HeadSpa treatment of their chosen tier: halo water therapy, deep detoxifying cleanse with Milbon professional products, intensive scalp exfoliation, Japanese pressure point massage, customised deep conditioning, and a nourishing leave-in treatment. If the Luxe tier is selected, a clinical facial is included for both guests.

How long is a couples head spa session? 

The Duo HeadSpa runs 60 minutes for the Classic tier and 75 minutes for the Luxe tier. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to complete a brief scalp consultation for each guest.
